Designers, retailers, event producers, and all local fashion professionals throughout the Greater Boston region who plan to participate in Boston Fashion Week 2025 are encouraged to submit details of their events so they may be included on the official Boston Fashion Week 2025 schedule.

All required information must be included. Incomplete listings will be discarded.

Be sure to spell-check and confirm the details of your event before submitting them.

We ask that designers not contact Boston Fashion Week regarding participation in group events unless we have posted a specific opportunity via email or social media channels.

Access to and involvement in most events throughout the week remain at the discretion of the designers and event producers involved. We ask that models, stylists, hair/makeup professionals, photographers, and volunteers/interns not contact Boston Fashion Week regarding participation unless we have posted a specific opportunity via email or social media.

The first edition of the BFW25 calendar is scheduled to be posted on Friday, September 19, 2025, and will include contact information for participating designers/businesses/organizations. At that time, media, models, stylists, hair/makeup professionals, photographers, and volunteers/interns may contact participants directly to offer their services.

Media/Press: Please use the contact page for any interview requests or information about Boston Fashion Week as a whole. Please include BFW24 MEDIA INQUIRY in the subject line. Please also include the specific details of your request in the body of the email. We will do our best to reply to all requests as soon as possible. If you are a media outlet looking for access to events during BFW25, please see the previous paragraph and note that there will be no all-access passes.

By submitting your event details, you agree to BFW’s FUR-FREE Policy as outlined below:

Boston Fashion Week Fur-Free Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Policy Statement: All shows that submit events to be listed as participants in Boston Fashion Week shall adhere to a strict fur-free policy, meaning that no animal fur will be used or displayed at any show or event submitting a listing on the official Boston Fashion Week calendar. This policy has been adopted in consideration of both the ethical and environmental harms of the fur industry, and in an effort to move towards a more progressive fashion future.

Definition of Fur: For the purposes of this policy, “fur" means any animal skin or part thereof with hair or fur fibers attached, either in its raw or processed state, including the pelts of animals killed specifically for their fur. This definition also includes recycled, upcycled, or vintage fur.

Fur Exclusions: "Fur" does not include:

  1. Animal skins that are to be converted into leather, or which have had the hair, fleece, or fur fibers completely removed during processing.

  2. Materials clipped, shorn, or combed from animals, such as fleece, sheepskin, or shearling.

  3. Leather or hair attached to skin that is typically used as leather (e.g., cowhide with hair attached).

  4. Synthetic materials intended to look like fur.

Compliance: This policy will be communicated to all brands asking to be listed as participants in Boston Fashion Week.

Any show or event using real animal fur will not be included on the official Boston Fashion Week calendar and prohibited from using any Boston Fashion Week branding.
