Meet Bethany Van Delft. Bethany has graced many of Boston's fashion runways as a model extraordinaire over the years. Everyone knows she's funny, but what some who know her through the fashion industry might not know is that she is a comedienne on the verge of greatness, or at least a sitcom deal. She'll be sharing her model musings all through Boston Fashion Week.

Waiting For Tina – Part 2

I asked what happened and hubby told me he was only trying to find out how the phone was working. “I think I know what happened. This jerk is my husband.” She looked confused, but pretty. “He’s very excited to see an iPhone (since his wife is neither young nor cool enough have one yet). He’s been reading about it forever, and is curious if the bugs were worked out before it was released.” “Oh!” she cried, grabbing hubby’s arm, “You must think I’m the rudest person alive!” “I do.” he said. I stared into the bottom of my glass trying to make more wine appear, when another lovely model, O, ran in up to M and said “Tina is here, we gotta go.” “What???” said M. “Tina is here. We have to go meet Tina.” M continued to look baffled and gorgeous, while O acted out “Tina. Tiiinaaa? TINA!” in every emotion possible. M went back to begging hubby for forgiveness, and O stormed off, pausing briefly to say we would be working together the next day and our booker thought we should carpool. M and hubby made up, and we went home, where I laughed myself into a deep slumber. In the morning hubby said “I’m driving you. You are not riding with those girls, they are crazy and on drugs.” You see, in a certain community of party people, “Tina” is a nickname for a certain illicit party favor favored by said people. “I don’t think M does drugs. She’s very sweet” I said. “She’s sweet on Tina!” he shouted. “Did you hear them last night? ‘Tina’ is waiting for you? Whatever, my wife isn’t riding with junkies.” What a great reality show ‘Riding With Junkies’ would be, I mused.

tune in tomorrow for the conclusion...

“Having one central location will really create an opportunity

to make this a premiere event for the city,’’ Menino said.

“This is going to be a truly professional event,
